The third Stage

out in the world

You've made something real. Launch is the part where you let people see it, and give it a real chance to go somewhere. Anusia works with you directly to build the path for it to last.

It's a one-to-one go-to-market engagement: getting your work in front of the right people, telling the story clearly, and putting the structure in place so what you've built keeps going.

Making it was half the work. Launch is the part where it finally belongs to the world.

Visibility, strategy, and the staying power to keep going.

how the work unfolds

The six weeks

You have built the work, and this is the part you have been waiting for. Launch is where it leaves your desk and enters the world. We build the structure underneath it first, how it sustains itself, how it runs without depending on you, what you own, and how people find their way in, so that when it goes out it holds and it keeps going. You leave with a plan sequenced so each move creates the conditions for the next.

0

Week 0

Current State & Vision

We map what exists today, what it already does or earns, who else touches it, and where you are taking it over the next three years. The honest starting point most founders skip.

1

Week 1

Vision, MVP & Build State

We define the smallest version that can meet the world and still test the vision, then separate what is built from what only needs a decision, and what belongs to a later phase.

2

Week 2

How It Sustains

How this is funded or earns, how it operates without depending entirely on you, and what you own rather than rent. Every version needs all three, and most are missing one.

3

Week 3

Foundations & Stack

The legal and ownership position that has to hold before you go public, and the systems, people, and processes underneath the work, built to hold at ten times the volume.

4

Week 4

Audience, Reach & the Ladder

Who this is really for, often more than one group, where their attention already sits, and the ladder that moves someone from a first glance toward real commitment.

5

Week 5

Before Day One

Launch day is often quieter than you expect, so most of the work sits in the lead-up. Who hears it early, what gets tested, and what is committed before anything goes public.

6

Week 6

Sequencing & the Ninety Days After

What goes first, what is deliberately held, and what triggers the next phase. Then the operating rhythm and the few measures that tell you whether this is working.

what you can launch

Whatever you are building

A venture, a new initiative inside something established, an advocacy platform, a community, or something that fits none of those. The spine holds; the emphasis shifts to match, set in Week 0.

how it runs

Built around decisions

All six sessions booked before the first begins. Prep sent ahead so live time goes to decisions, not discovery. Two touchpoints a week, answered within one business day. Every session recorded.

how we work

Ten principles

for founders in growth mode

In a growth-stage venture, every decision spends two runways at once: the money, and the personal energy it takes to use it. Most founders only watch one.

The way we work inside Launch runs on a set of ten principles built for exactly that. Keep commitments light. Find the real signal in the noise, then bet on it. Redirect rather than push. When a decision is in front of you and the next move isn’t obvious, one of them is usually the answer, and we work through them together on the calls you are actually facing.
